Default Chelsea transfer news: Blues plan to use flop Tiemoue Bakayoko to land AC Milan star

Chelsea transfer news: Blues plan to use flop Tiemoue Bakayoko to land AC Milan star Suso

ѹ The club are eyeing the former Liverpool star with the view to a potential transfer next summer. Calciomercato report that Chelsea boss Maurizio Sarri is a long-term admirer of the Spain international and would like to bring him to Stamford Bridge.

Suso never managed to break into the first XI during ѹ his three-year spell at the Anfield outfit.Brendan Rodgers gave the playmaker a glowing review after handing him his debut in the Europa League.

But he eventually quit the Reds for AC Milan who paid just a £1m compensatory fee to Liverpool for his services. The report claims that Chelsea let Tiemoue Bakayoko join the Serie A side on loan this season to build a relationship between the clubs.

Milan reportedly have an option to buy the French midfielder at the end of the deal if he impresses. And the Blues could use potential as leverage to sign Suso in a part-exchange type deal. Chelsea signed Bakayoko from Monaco for £40m but he struggled to adapt to the pace of the Premier League.

And it seems Rossoneri boss Gennaro Gattuso hasnt been particularly impressed with the 24-year-old either, as yet. ѹ "Bakayoko has to learn how to get the ball," he said after Bakayoko was brought on to protect a 2-1 lead against Napoli in a game which Milan lost 3-2.

Edin Dzeko open to Premier League return but admits 'it maybe too late'

maxbet Roma striker Edin Dzeko is open to returning to the Premier League before his career is out but has questioned whether it might be too late. The ex-Manchester City star was on the verge of joining Chelsea in a double-deal with Emerson Palmieri in January but the deal collapsed late on and the Blues signed Olivier Giroud instead.

The 32-year-old scored 72 goals in 189 appearances across five seasons with City, winning two Premier League titles between 2011 and 2015. maxbet Dzeko has scored 78 goals in all competitions since joining Roma and he remains "happy" as first-choice up-front, scoring twice in seven starts in Serie A so far this season.

"Regarding the Premier League, maybe it's too late," he told Sky Sports News. "You never know. "I had four-and-a-half great years there, and had fun every minute of every game. I love the Premier League and England, so we'll see. At the moment I'm happy in Rome." Dzeko is part of the Bosnia-Herzegovina side that will play Northern Ireland in the UEFA Nations League on Monday and he is expecting to make it maximum points from their two clashes in Group 3.

"I definitely expect a tough game like maxbet it was in Ireland. But I expect us to play a little better and get the same result. "Ireland played very good in the first game and we were a little bit lucky to win. Hopefully we can play better in front of our own fans this time and get the win.

Tennis requires cat-like reflexes vegus168 with short bursts of strength. These short movements do not allow the muscles to extend their full length. The lack of vegus168 movement because of inflexibility binds the joints. vegus168

Without the elasticity of the muscles, I think an athlete can be a prisoner of his own body. vegus168 Using yoga techniques makes it vegus168 possible to retrain the muscles. Most tennis athletes play in a constant state of ǡ
muscle tension. Yoga trains the body to vegus168relax muscle tension. Learning to begin your game in a relaxed state could mean gaining an extra step on the ball.

When in ready position muscles are contracted and vegus168 ready for action. To move, muscles must be relaxed and then contracted vegus168 again to spring in any direction. By vegus168 retraining the muscles you begin from a relaxed position, giving a quickened reaction time. vegus168

Yoga breathing exercises can help vegus168 improve endurance and stamina. When exerting in sports or exercise we often hold vegus168 the breath as a way to create strength. Yoga trains the body to create vegus168 strength through breathing control. Holding the breath at points of exertion takes a great deal of energy that could be used during long sets or matches. vegus168

Learning the correct way vegus168 while doing a yoga pose is simple. Exhale during the execution of a pose until you feel the vegus168 muscles full length of the stretch (maximum resistance). Never hold vegus168 your breath. Breathe normally and vegus 69 vegus 69 listen to the body. Hold for 30 seconds, then release the pose slowly.
